1) Seek approval pursuant to section 477(2B) of the Corporations Act 2001 to enter the funding agreement in the form circulated to members of the committee of inspection on 14 February 2018, and that is likely to exceed three months;
2) Seek approval pursuant to section 477 (2B) to engage solicitors for a period that is likely to exceed three months;
3) Seek approval pursuant to section 477 (2B) to engage a barrister for a period that is likely to exceed three months
4) To ratify the acts and dealings of the Committee of inspection to date.
