Notice is given that a meeting of the eligible employee creditors of the Company, or a meeting for each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

Agenda items are:

Discuss the Administrators circular to eligible employee creditors dated 1 July 2024 and Voluntary Administrators report to creditors dated 1 July 2024.

Consider a resolution pursuant to section 444DA(2) of the Act that the DOCA not include a provision to the effect that, post completion of the DOCA, eligible employee creditors who continue to be employed by the Company will be entitled to a priority at least equal to what they would have been entitled if the property of the Company were applied in accordance with sections 556, 560 and 561 of the Act.

Eligible employee creditors wishing to attend are advised proofs and proxies are to be submitted to the external administrator by:
