Notice is given that a first meeting of the creditors of the Company, or a first meeting for each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

The purpose of the meeting(s) is to consider:

1. whether to appoint a committee of inspection; and
2. if so, who are to be the committee's members.

At the meeting, creditors may also, by resolution:

1. remove the administrator(s) from office; and
2. appoint someone else as administrator(s) of the Company.

Creditors wishing to attend are advised proofs and proxies are to be submitted to the Administrator by:

The meeting is being held virtually and all creditors wanting to attend the meeting are required to attend via Zoom video/audio conferencing. Creditors are requested to please contact my office to confirm your attendance and you will be provided with the instructions on how to access the Zoom video/audio conference facilities for the virtual meeting.

Creditors wishing to attend the meeting using virtual meeting technology are advised they can use the following facility to attend the meeting:
