Agenda

Agenda items are:

  • to receive and consider a report from the external administrator(s)
  • to fix or determine the remuneration of the external administrator(s)
  • to fix or determine the future remuneration of the external administrator(s)
  • any other business

    • To authorise the Liquidator to compromise debts to the Company owed by Tokyo Sushi Kitchen Franchising Pty Ltd and Mr Dennis Lay in excess of $100,000.00 pursuant to Section 477(2A) of the Corporations Act 2001 and Regulation 5.4.02 of the Corporations Regulations 2001.

    To authorise the Liquidator to enter into an agreement on behalf of the Company with Tokyo Sushi Kitchen Franchising Pty Ltd and Mr Dennis Lay as set out in Section 2.2.4 of the Report to Creditors dated 6 August 2020, the terms of which exceed three months, pursuant to Section 477(2B) of the Corporations Act 2001.

    To authorise the Liquidator to enter into agreements on behalf of the Company with the related parties referenced in Section 2.2.5 of the Report to Creditors dated 6 August 2020, the terms of which exceed three months, pursuant to Section 477(2B) of the Corporations Act 2001.

    Creditors wishing to attend are advised proofs and proxies are to be submitted to the external administrator by:
