See Company details (above) for the date of appointment and the section of the Act under which the administrator was appointed.

Notice is given that a first meeting of the creditors of the Company, or a first meeting for each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

The purpose of the meeting(s) is to consider:

1. whether to appoint a committee of inspection; and
2. if so, who are to be the committee's members.

At the meeting, creditors may also, by resolution:

1. remove the administrator(s) from office; and
2. appoint someone else as administrator(s) of the Company.

Creditors wishing to attend are advised proofs and proxies are to be submitted to the Administrator by:

The first meeting will be held concurrently.

To access the online facilities, creditors need to provide a statement by email to Kane Sheppard at Kane.Sheppard@bdo.com.au, not later than 1 business day before the meeting, which sets out:
- Name: The name of the person and of the proxy or attorney (if any)
- Address: An address to which notices to the person, proxy, or attorney may be sent
- Contact: The method of contacting the person, proxy, or attorney for the purposes of the meeting.

Only on receipt of this statement will you be provided with instructions on how to access the online facilities. A person, or the proxy or attorney of a person, who participates in the meeting by Microsoft Teams must pay any costs incurred by the person, proxy or attorney in participating and is not entitled to be reimbursed for those costs from the assets of the Companies.
