ASIC gives notice of its intention to make an order to wind up the Company under subsection 489EA(1).
Under Regulation 5.4C.01 this notice must be published at least 10 business days before ASIC makes an order to wind up the Company.
This notice does not mean that the company was wound up. To check whether the company was wound up following publication of this notice, search the ASIC database using the ASIC Connect function on ASIC's website www.asic.gov.au
