Notice is given that a general meeting of the members of the Company, or a general meeting of members of each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

The purpose of the meeting(s) is to receive a report setting out an account of the liquidator's acts and dealings and the conduct of the winding up of the Company(ies) for the 12 month period ending on 12 January 2015.

Other agenda items are:

1. to receive and consider a report from the liquidator(s)
2. to consider a summary of the receipts and payments of the liquidator(s)
3. any other business

Under the provisions of the Insolvency Practice Rules (Corporations) 2016, telephone facilities are available for the purposes of conducting a meeting of members. Accordingly, should members wish to attend the meeting by telephone, please advise Ms Cassandra Risteska of this office by no later than close of business, 30 April 2018, to allow sufficient time to make the appropriate arrangements prior to the meeting.
