    • To consider and, if thought fit, approve the Liquidator entering into agreement/s which exceeds three (3) months;

    To consider and, if thought fit, approve the Liquidator to compromise debts owing to the Company and/ or accept settlement terms from the Director/s and other parties, which may extend over three (3) months as set out in the Report to Creditors dated 18 August 2021;

    Any other business that may be lawfully brought forward.
