    • - To consider and if thought fit, approve pursuant to section 477(2A) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) that a Deed of Settlement and Release between the Liquidator of ACN 607 137 226 Pty Ltd (Formerly known as National Construction Project Management Pty Ltd & Kascorp Pty Ltd) (In Liquidation) and Construction Engineering Holdings Pty Ltd for a settlement sum of $147,951.00 can be entered into by the Liquidator, which compromises a debt owed by Construction Engineering Holdings Pty Ltd to ACN 607 137 226 Pty Ltd (Formerly known as National Construction Project Management Pty Ltd & Kascorp Pty Ltd) (In Liquidation) that exceeds the prescribed amount of $100,000 as per Regulation 5.4.02 of the Corporations Regulations 2001 (Cth).

    - To consider any other business that may be lawfully brought forward.
