Agenda

Agenda items are:

a. "That item 1.1 under Definitions of Deed Fund Contribution of the Deed of Company Arrangement executed on 18 August 2020 be varied as follows: ?Deed Fund Contribution means the sum of $9,866 payable no later than 30 June 2022."

b. "That creditors approve the additional remuneration incurred by the deed administrators, and staff for the period from 18 August 2020 to 31 May 2021, at the hourly rates as detailed in the enclosed Guide to Hourly Rates for the amount of $11,951 (excl GST)".

c. "That creditors approve the estimated remuneration to be incurred by the deed administrators, and staff for the period from 1 June 2021 to effectuation, at the hourly rates as detailed in the enclosed Guide to Hourly Rates for the capped amount of $10,000 (excl GST)".

d. "That creditors approve the internal disbursements of the deed administrators from the commencements until effectuation in the capped amount of $1,000 (excl GST)".

Proof of debt and proxies

Creditors wishing to attend are advised proofs and proxies are to be submitted to the external administrator by:
