Notice is given that a first meeting of the creditors of the Company, or a first meeting for each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

The purpose of the meeting(s) is to consider:

1. whether to appoint a committee of inspection; and
2. if so, who are to be the committee's members.

At the meeting, creditors may also, by resolution:

1. remove the administrator(s) from office; and
2. appoint someone else as administrator(s) of the Company.

Creditors wishing to attend are advised proofs and proxies are to be submitted to the Administrator by:

Creditors wishing to attend the meeting in person must provide prior notification of their attendance in order to enable appropriate COVID-19 protocols to be observed.

Participation in the meeting will also be made available via ZOOM. If you wish to attend via ZOOM it will be necessary to either send an email to acaraca@beaconadvisory.com.au or to contact Ms Angelica Caraca of this office on (02) 5104 3990 by no later than 4:00PM AEST on Tuesday, 16 April 2024 to obtain the relevant log-in details.
