Creditors are not entitled to vote unless they have lodged a Formal Proof of Debt Form with the Chairperson setting out the particulars of their debts. If a creditor wants to vote by proxy, they are required to complete an Instrument of Proxy Form. A corporate creditor can only be represented by proxy or by a representative appointed under Section 250D of the Corporations Act 2001. Given the above, to enable electronic facilities to be organised and to receive login details for the virtual meeting, creditors are requested to submit the following details to Ms Emma Engelbercht of this office at admin@gsandrews.com.au by no later than 19 August 2021 at 4.00 pm:1. A completed Formal Proof of Debt Form (Form 535); and 2. A completed Appointment of Proxy (Form 532), or for those individual creditors who will be attending the meeting and do not wish to appoint a proxy on their behalf: - The individual creditor's name; and - The individual creditor's email address to which notices may be sent; and - A method by which the individual creditor may be contacted for the purposes of the meeting.
