    • - That pursuant to Section 477(2A) of the Corporations Act, the Liquidator be able to compromise a debt above $100,000 and give a discharge of that debt.
    - To approve the Liquidator entering into an agreement with Mr Vlahos for the payment of monies which extends for a period greater than the duration of three (3) months, pursuant to Section 477(2B) of the Corporations Act.
