Notice is given that a meeting of the committee of inspection of the Company, or a meeting of the committee of inspection for each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

1. To provide an update on the progress of the liquidation2. To approve the Liquidators' remuneration for the period 3 November 2014 to 31 March 20173. To consider the resolutions attached, relating to:a. entering into agreements with a term (or obligations) with a duration of more than three months; andb. Liquidators' prospective remuneration 4. Other matters.
