Agenda

Agenda items are:

1.To receive details of a proposed deed of company arrangement to be considered by all creditors of the Company at a meeting to be held at Conference Room, Plaza Level, BGC Centre, 28 The Esplanade, Perth WA 6000 on Tuesday, 26 February 2019 at 10:00AM.

2.To receive and consider a statement by the Administrators setting out the matters required by section 444DA(4) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth).

3.To consider a resolution that a provision in accordance with section 444DA(1) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) be excluded from the proposed deed of company arrangement and that eligible employee creditors of the Company otherwise be entitled to a priority for their entitlements in accordance with the terms of the proposed deed of company arrangement as detailed in the Statement of Administrators dated 18 February 2019.

4.Any other business that may lawfully arise.
