  • to fix or determine the remuneration of the external administrator(s)
  • to fix or determine the future remuneration of the external administrator(s)
  • to appoint a committee of inspection and, if so, who are to be the committee members
  • to remove the external administor(s) from office and appoint someone else as external administrator(s) of the company
  • to consider the early destruction of books and records
  • any other business

    • To consider a resolution to allow the Liquidator to settle any claims under Section 477(2A) of the Corporations Act 2001.

    Special instructions

    -Advise our office of your intention to attend the virtual meeting, and
    -Provide our office with your proof of debt for the purpose of voting (i.e., including supporting documentation) and a Proxy Form.

    Our office will email you back and will provide you with the details required to attend the meeting including the meeting ID and the passcode.
