Refund and security policy
Refund policy
ASIC will provide a refund where a registered user can show;
- payment was made by the registered user but the notice does not appear on the insolvency notices website;
- that the registered user's credit card had been charged more than once for the publication of the same notice.
A registered user must verify the accuracy of the information being published prior to lodging the notice for publication on the publication website. ASIC will not provide a refund if there is an error in the published notice unless the error was caused by a system failure of the insolvency notices website.
