ASIC Published Notices

Notice is given that a meeting of the committee of inspection of the Company, or a meeting of the committee of inspection for each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

Agenda items are:

a) to receive an update on the progress of matters relevant to the Administration;
b) to receive a copy of the Declaration of Independence, Indemnities & Relevant Relationships (DIRRI);
c) to receive a copy of the court order dated 2 March 2022 regarding extension of liability period under section 444B of the Act; and
d) any other business.

Due to the threat of COVID-19, and consistent with recent government policy on gatherings, this meeting will be conducted by way of online video conference. All committee members are expected to attend by electronic means, and not by attendance at the physical place of the meeting.

Members of the committee are advised proxies should be submitted to the convenor of the meeting by:
