Notice is given that a meeting of the creditors of the Company, or a meeting for each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

Agenda items are:
- To authorise the Liquidator to enter into contracts or agreements relating to assignment of rights to sue and related matters, that are expected to exceed a period of three months' duration; and- If applicable, to authorise the Liquidator to compromise debts owing to the Company that exceed $100,000.- Consider and approve the liquidator's Remuneration for the periods: 13 July 2018 to 20 November 2019; 21 November 2019 to the Examination Conclusion Date; and- To discuss any other relevant business which may arise.
Creditors wishing to attend are advised proofs and proxies are to be submitted to the external administrator by:
