See Company details (above) for the date of appointment and the section of the Act under which the administrator was appointed.

Notice is given that a first meeting of the creditors of the Company, or a first meeting for each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

The purpose of the meeting(s) is to consider:

1. whether to appoint a committee of inspection; and
2. if so, who are to be the committee's members.

At the meeting, creditors may also, by resolution:

1. remove the administrator(s) from office; and
2. appoint someone else as administrator(s) of the Company.

Creditors wishing to attend are advised proofs and proxies are to be submitted to the Administrator by:

Electronic facilities will be made available at the meeting via a conference call. To access those facilities, you need to provide a statement by email to Stephanie Ouano on stephanie.ouano@bdo.com.au no later than 1 business day before the meeting which sets out:

-Name: The name of the person and of the proxy or attorney (if any)
-Address: An address to which notices to the person, proxy or attorney for the purposes of the meeting
-Contact: The method of contacting the person, proxy or attorney for the purposes of the meeting.

On receipt of this statement, you will be provided with instructions on how to access the facilities for the meeting.

A person, or the proxy or attorney of a person, who participates in the meeting by telephone must pay any costs incurred by the person, proxy or attorney in participating and is not entitled to be reimbursed for these costs from the assets of the Company.
