Notice is given that that the directors of the Company made a further declaration under subsection 458E(3) in writing on 01 April 2021 setting out the Company’s continuing eligibility for temporary restructuring relief.
The initial relief period was for three months after notice of the initial declaration was published – which was on 18 January 2021.
The further declaration in relation to the Company’s continuing eligibility for temporary restructuring relief extends the initial relief period by one month.
