We note, due to COVID -19 and consistent with the Australian Federal Government policy on gatherings, creditors are invited to attend a virtual meeting via teleconference. For the health and safety of Creditors, Liquidators and our Staff, we request attendees to dial-in for the meeting as no physical attendance will be required.


Creditors wishing to participate in the meeting must return to the external administrator no later than the second-last business day of the meeting (Monday, 8 March 2021), a statement of attendance form setting out:
i. the name of the person and of the proxy or attorney, (if any);
ii. address to which notices, proxy or attorney may be sent; and
iii. a method by which the person, proxy or attorney may be contacted for the purposes of the meeting.
