  • to appoint a committee of inspection and, if so, who are to be the committee members
  • to consider the early destruction of books and records

    • To consider authorising the Liquidator, in so far as is necessary for the beneficial winding up of the company, to enter any agreement on the company's behalf involving a term or obligations extending for more than three months

    - Attend the meeting alone. Due to venue capacity, observers may be asked to leave the meeting should it reach capacity
