ASIC Published Notices

Notice is given that a meeting of the committee of inspection of the Company, or a meeting of the committee of inspection for each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

Agenda items are:

1. to provide the COI with an update on the status of the deed administration
2. for the COI to consider the Remuneration Approval Report and associated resolutions
3. to answer any questions the COI might have
4. any other business.

All members of the Committee of Inspection have been sent a link to the Microsoft Teams video conference platform for this meeting.

Members of the committee are advised proxies should be submitted to the convenor of the meeting by:
