    "The Liquidators of LDW Constructions Pty Ltd (In Liquidation) ACN 142 397 500 are approved to enter into a deed of compromise with the directors and former directors of the Company and related entities of the directors and former directors of the Company on substantially the same terms as set out in the Second Report to Creditors dated 11 October 2024"
