* To consider the Liquidator be authorised to enter into a cost agreement with Hunts.Law to act on behalf of the Company pursuant to Section 477(2B) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) (?the Act?) in accordance with terms and conditions that are of the Liquidator?s satisfaction;

* To consider the Liquidator be authorised to enter into funding agreement(s) with Premium Litigation Funders Pty Ltd to carry out legal work and the necessary tasks in assisting the Company with the recovery of Liquidator Recoveries, such as preferential payments, voidable transactions, uncommercial transactions, unreasonable director related transactions and insolvent trading action against certain entities, pursuant to Section 477(2B) of the Act, and in accordance with the terms and conditions that are of the Liquidator?s satisfaction;
