    3. Consider the approval of the Liquidator's remuneration.
    4. To authorise the Liquidator to destroy, subject to obtaining approval from the Australian Securities and Investments Commission, pursuant to Section 542(4) of the Corporations Act 2001, the books and records of the Company and the Liquidator's six months after the dissolution of the Company.
