    That pursuant to Section 477(2A) of the Corporations Act 2001, the Liquidators of Blueprint Projects Group (ACT) Pty Ltd (In Liquidation) be authorised to accept the settlement amount of $45,000 in full and final settlement of all claims available to the Company and the Liquidators against the Director (Mr Jackson Forestier-Wardley) including the loan account advanced to Blueprint Commerical Pty Ltd in the amount of $170,464.
