ASIC Published Notices

Notice is given that a meeting of the creditors of the Company, or a meeting for each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

Agenda items are:

1. To discuss the conduct of the liquidation of the Company to date;
2. To provide creditors with an account of the receipts and payments of the Joint and Several Liquidator in respect to the liquidation of the Company to date;
3. To consider and approve the Joint and Several Liquidators' retrospective and prospective remuneration;
4. To consider and approve the Joint and Several Liquidators to compromise claims and to enter payment arrangements that will extend beyond 3 months.
5. Any Other Business

Creditors wishing to attend are advised proofs and proxies are to be submitted to the external administrator by:

Persons entitled to attend the meeting have been given sufficient
information on how to obtain relevant information to attend the
meeting virtually.

In this regard, any creditor wishing to attend the meeting virtually
must contact this office by no later than 4:00PM (AEDT) on
Monday, 17 February 2025.

Creditors should note that any costs incurred in attending the
meeting virtually are their own to bear and these costs are not
able to be reimbursed from the assets of the Company.

Creditors wishing to attend the meeting are advised that proofs
and proxies should be submitted to the Joint and Several
Liquidators by 4:00PM (AEDT) on Monday, 17 February 2025.
