See Company details (above) for the date of appointment and the section of the Act under which the administrator was appointed.

Notice is given that a first meeting of the creditors of the Company, or a first meeting for each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

(If multiple companies, see special instructions for meeting times)

The purpose of the meeting(s) is to consider:

1. whether to appoint a committee of inspection; and
2. if so, who are to be the committee's members.

At the meeting, creditors may also, by resolution:

1. remove the administrator(s) from office; and
2. appoint someone else as administrator(s) of the Company.

Creditors wishing to attend are advised proofs and proxies are to be submitted to the Administrator by:

Due to the current threat of COVID-19, and consistent with government policy on gatherings, the meeting of creditors will be held by electronic means. Creditors who wish to attend the meeting are required to advise of the following in writing, by way of email to admin@pcipartners.com.au, by no later than close of business, 15 July 2020:-

- Notice that you, or your proxy or attorney, wish to participate in the meeting;
-Your name, or the name of your proxy or attorney (if any);
The address to which notices may be sent to you, your proxy or your attorney, whichever is applicable; and,
-The method by which you, your proxy or your attorney may be contacted for the purposes of the meeting.
