Notice is given that a meeting of the creditors of the Company, or a meeting for each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

Agenda items are:

To consider the Deed Administrators? report about the business, property, affairs and financial circumstances of the Companies. A copy of that report is enclosed with this notice.
? To fix the remuneration of the Deed Administrators of the Companies.
? To consider the termination of the Deeds of Company Arrangement for the Companies and the appointment of a Liquidator to the Companies.
? To fix the remuneration of the Liquidator of the Companies (if one is to be appointed).

Creditors wishing to attend are advised proofs and proxies must be submitted to the deed administrator by:
