Published notices
Welcome to ASIC's publication website; an ASIC hosted website for the publication of notices, including insolvency and external administration-related notices, required to be published under the Corporations Act 2001 and Corporations Regulations. This publication website operates independently of ASIC's main website which can be found at: www.asic.gov.au.
This site provides an easy to search central location for the following two categories of notices:
Conduct a search
If you only want to search the publication website, you don't need to register; just click on the browse/search tab and start searching. Note that the publication website only contains notices published from 1 July 2012 (when the website commenced operation).
Lodge a notice
If you need to lodge a notice for publishing, you need to be a registered user of this website. If you need to become a registered user, click on the 'sign up' link in the top right corner and enter your details.
